it depends on your digital frame becuase some frame cannot be save the picture on the internal memory. if the manual says that you can save or upload try to go setting and look for copy then choose from( memory card to internal or internal to memory card)

You can get that just about any electronics store. All you need to know is what the power requirements are. If you take it with you to find one at a radio shack they will have a universal plug to match your power needs.

It tends to be the problem of internal circuit board in digital photo frame .If the adaptor is working fine with other digital photo frame then definitely it is problem of internal connection . So better replace the unit if it is under warranty . Else one more try is just tap on the sides of photoframe when you power on the unit .

This may sound crazy, but you can use either a digital camera or camcorder to check whether the Infrared remote control is working or not.

This is because the CCD in digital cameras and camcorders -- or even camera phones -- can "see" infrared light!

Install the battery into the remote and then push them botton on the remote and point the remote control at the lens of the camera or camcorder while the camera or camcorder is turned-on. If the remote control is working properly, you will see the emitter flash on the display of the camera.

If you don't have such a camera, borrow a friend's digital camera or digital camcorder.

We have to check the remote control first. After that check the digital picture frame.

Follow the instructions below please;

We must be sure the remote control is working;For this control:

1. Take a digital photo of this remote control while pressing the remote control button.

2. If it is working then the picture must shows the led lamp of remote control as firing.

3. If the picture does not show that it is firing, then, you should control batteries of the remote control.

4.Check the battery and the battery polarity of the remote control.

5.If it is firing. You should control Digital Picture Frame.

6. If the battery of the digital picture frame does have enough energy or not. If battery is low then you shoud use it from the closer distance.

7. I do not think that the Digital Picture Frame is out of order.

Dear sir,
Ur display screen can be repaired by skilled technician , i thinks its LCD enegising circuit is not working at all .

It was either dropped, had something spilled into it or, it needs a battery.
