How do I replace small belt on Panasonic MC-UG304?

Do you mean the beater bar belt or the motor shaft belt? If so, you need to set the vacuum in a horizontal configuration and turn the vacuum upside down. Next remove the five screws from the base plate and lift the base plate off. To replace the motor shaft belt, remove it from the outer pulley and the motor shaft. Put the new belt on the motor shaft and the outer pulley. To replace the beater bar belt, release the motor shaft belt to allow access the beater bar. Lift up the beater bar assembly to remove the beater bar belt. Replace the beater bar belt. Replace the beater bar assembly. Replace the motor shaft belt. Turn the beater bar assembly by hand to check that the unit is seated correctly. Put the base plate back on the vacuum. Align the tabs on the base plate with the slots on the vacuum and replace the five screws. The manual for the Panasonic MC-UG304 is available here: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/940210/Panasonic-Mc-Ug302.html . See page 5 for images of the steps. I hope this helps. Cindy Wells

Model MC-UG302 upright cleaner.

I have a similar vacuum. You literally will have to flex/pry carefully to separate the plastic shroud (Horizontal part from the upright portion. Then you can remove the panel covering the motor, trace the cord to replace. Have done that several times. When you do, you might want to purchase the long industrial cord for future convenience.

I have a Panasonic Platinum Performance Plus-on short pile carpet-too much suction, can hardly move it. Longer pile-hardly picks up anything. I've checked everything.Any ideas what this could be?

You should reset your machine when on short carpet It sounds like it's too low to the carpet making the suction too great. On long carpet you still have to raise it enough to get the right suction.' You have to get the right air flow to do a good job.

Panasonic upright vacuum wheel replacement

Usually, you can just remove the bottom cover of the vacuum and replacing the wheel is fairly self-explanatory. Just remove the broken one and position the new and close the bottom cover. Hope that helps

Panasonic mc ul-915 does the hand held hose still pull vac. when not in use?

I'm not sure I understand what you are asking. The hose is not designed to pull the vac but if you pull and stretch the hose out and do something to restrict the airflow into the wand or hose it can pull the vacuum towards you or tip it over. It will only do this when the hose is stretched out because the suction is trying to pull the hose back to the vacuum but if it can't it will pull the vacuum towards the hose.

Panasonic Dirt Sensor vacuum repair

Dirt Sensors are sensitive. It doesn't take much to set them off. Try pulling back on the handle to raise the brushroll a few inches off the floor so you know it's not detecting particles of soil. If the light doesn't turn green it may have dirt on the sensors and need to be cleaned.

My Panasonic vacuum sounds weird I cover a little blower vent and it goes back to normal sounding Just changed bag filter doesn't look real dirty, never changed

if the noise goes down when you cover the hole, the problem is that the vacuum hose or that side of the machine is blocked that is less load for the motor and so it goes faster blocking the hole prevents air out and so the motor slows down the same effect as if you put you hand over the hose , the motor speeds up

What can I do to fix Panasonic vacuum MC-V7395 that will not stay locked in upright position?

Most vacuums have plastic tabs and a plastic mechanism of some sort to that will engage those tabs to make it stay upright. I am suggesting either the tabs are worn down, or are broken off, or maybe the locking mechanism is broken. These parts are most often not replaceable, unless you can find an identical machine with these still good on it, and swap whatever parts are necessary to fix it. Machine is a "throwaway " model. When it breaks, you are expected to buy a new one. God bless your efforts.
