Toto ULTIMATE ROUND FRONT ONE PIECE TOILET MS853113-12 Questions & Answers
A small leak under the toilette, the seal has been
I've installed a lot of Toto toilets and have had few leaks but, not from the one piece toilets. It might be a problem toilet but, I would be sure the drain is not blocked causing a small back up after the flush.I have seen this happen many times. The toilet can be pulled and a 5gallon bucket of water can be poured down the drain to test this before replacing the toilet. also be sure water is not spraying on the top of the tank lid and leaking down the back of the toilet. If you flush the toilet with the lid off it should be easy to see if that the problem. hope this helps.
I will try the hot water/then ice thing. If it is
don't think you r going to get 2 toilet with same problem. I would think you have a broken floor flange instead. rubber seals are great as long as the floor is level and smooth where as the wax seals tend to fill in areas that are not quite level. hope you can get this thing figured out. Toto are great toilets and it would be a shame not want to use it.

If you use a clear caulk around the bottom and the leak stops then we will know it is coming from under and it will need to be pulled and replaced. if leak continues then there would be no need to pull the toilet any more.

I wonder, did they caulk around the bottom where it meets the floor. I guess condensation could happen if the room is very humid. but the condensation would be all over the tank. try caulking the base , let dry and try looking for the leak again. this should isolate if its coming from under the toilet or from the surface.

Toto washlet s300 has developed slow leak from behind brass connection and plastic.
If you are able to identify the source of the leak, you may be able to fix it yourself. If the leak is coming from the brass connection, you may need to replace the connection or tighten it. If the leak is coming from the plastic, you may need to replace the plastic part or use a sealant to stop the leak. If you are unable to identify the source of the leak, it is best to contact a professional plumber to help you diagnose and repair the issue.

The stream on "Rear" is weak on my new Toto Washlet GL since I got it 1 week ago. The "Soft Rear" setting works OK, but the normal Rear wash is no stronger than the "Soft" setting.
It sounds like you may have a problem with the water pressure for the rear wash setting on your Toto Washlet. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
- Make sure that the water supply hoses for your washlet are securely attached and not kinked or clogged.
- Check the water pressure at the source (e.g., the wall outlet or the valve under the sink). If the water pressure is low, that could be the cause of the weak stream.
- If the water pressure is fine, try cleaning the nozzle for the rear wash setting. Sometimes debris can accumulate in the nozzle and cause the stream to be weak.
- If none of these troubleshooting steps help, you may need to contact Toto customer service for further assistance. They should be able to provide you with additional guidance or arrange for a service technician to come and check your washlet.
