What is your problem with your machine?

Is it the charger or the battery? Have you tried other batteries? If the battery is bad (they do go bad over time) then the charger wont work. But chargers also go bad too and can't be fixed. I've had four Dewalt charges go bad over the years (same parent company)

The dust go's thru holes in sander pad. Im prety sure u have to poke holes in the paper. like with a screw driver or sumthn?

The piercing anvil has become blunt, worn or broken. You can buy these for either the left or right side but if one has gone, the other may not be far behind, so I'd buy both sides. They're an easy enough fit and should be easily obtained from your local Stanley Bostitch dealer, or Bostitch themselves.

not that I see by looking at the breakdown for this tool. They don't offer an owners manual for the different types online. If the belt is that loose you might want to take a look at the drive pulleys. Let me know if you need more assistance.

Since the jam light blinks, have you considered that it might be jammed?
Try removing all the nails, checking the action, and they reinserting?
Other than suggesting taking it in under warranty or taking it apart to check switches and sensors, I can't think of what I could suggest.
