Where can I get a 12V manual reset relay which requires reset after a power failure during the on setting?

Get an ordinary 12v single pole relay. Connect your 12v battery source to one side of the coil (-) and one of the contacts (+). Then connect the other side of the coil (+) to the other contact, and your output cable across the coil. Of course, nothing happens until you connect a pushbutton switch ACROSS the two open contacts. When you make that switch, you power the relay, and it stays powered when the contacts close. It's called a "seal-in" relay. When you interrupt the battery power, the relay falls out and won't pull in again until you hit the reset switch.

How much does a rockwell 14" band saw cost?

It has been discontinued by Delta. It would be hard to find replacement parts for this band saw. I think Rockwell 28-20C would cost $100-200.

Where do I find a guide rail for a Rockwell 4500 circular saw?

If I'm not mistaken, that model saw is already discontinued. I suggest you call or email Tool Parts Direct or Delta. I only have band saw machine, I'm thankful that bandsawparts.com makes aftermarket parts for all brands of band saw.

How do i remove old screws from woodwork - i am

If the screw is not stripped, i.e. You correctly matched screwdriver fits in the hole and will allow you to turn the screww if sufficient force were available, then there are a few tricks. One is to simply spray some WD 40 (oil) onto the screw and let it soak in a couple hours. (Make sure the oil stain isn't visible, or touches fabric which will wick it up an into an area you don't want a stain to be on.Second, if you are simply not strong enough (i.e female) you can buy an 18V drill/screwdriver, which will give you plenty of force to back out the unstripped screw.Lastly, if the screw is stripped, you will need to buy a screw extractor set. Any woodworking store will stock these little sets. You chuck a bit into your drill and it taps its way into the stripped screw, giving you a new means to pull it out. Suggestion: when replacing the screws... use stainless steel. Expensive, but top quality and they don't rust.

Tire comes off of bottom wheel

Did you put a new tire on there or is this the original? Put some contact cement on the tire and the rim, let it set up and slap that baby back on, it should stay put. They make a special cement for the tires, I always use contact , it works. Hope this helps.

I have an old rockwell 14" bandsaw and am having

Follow these instructions, but before adjusting the guides see the link below.
It sounds like you have not correctly adjusted the guide blocks that ride on either side of the blade, both above and below the table. These small rectangular blocks can be adjusted by loosening the allen set screw in the guide that holds them in place. They should be pressed in against the blade lightly, without deflecting the path of the blade out of square to the table. (You may first have to sand the ends of the guide blocks square if they are grooved from use. Use a belt sander and a pair of vise grips to hold the blocks while you square them off.) Anyway, the guide blocks should allow the blade to run smoothly, (you might hear a tick tick of the weld passing through the blocks), but will not allow the blade to deflect from side to side. Correctly adjusted, they keep the blade aligned with the bearing behind it, and prevent the problem you describe.
Only after you have correctly adjusted these guides just behind the set of the teeth, and the blade is turning freely by hand when you spin the upper wheel, do you bring the bearings in to kiss the back edge of the blade. Make sure the bearings are lubed to spin freely with a little bearing lube or wd40, then bring both the uppper and lower bearings in until they almost spin or just barely spin when the blade is turned by hand. When you exert a little pressure during cutting they will then hold the blade in place between the guide blocks, so the blocks don't wear the teeth away. Please see this link for detailed instructions I gave another user. (possibly also here) They will apply to your saw as well. If you have any questions or further probelms, write back. You may also wish to check here for a pdf manual for your saw.(check both rockwell and delta).
If you take some care to properly tune the saw, you will get much beter cuts and the saw will be a joy to use.
