we need the make and model number of either the motherboard or the pc.... not the cpu.

If you mean for the on-board / built in graphics then it should be available on the motherboard manufactures website in the support section.If you need the graphics driver for a dedicated graphics card that was installed on to the motherboard then you need to know the make and model of the card and check the manufactures website.

If the audio is built into the motherboard, then you need to locate the manufacturer and model of the motherboard. This can be located in the manual or found somewhere written on the motherboard itself, sometimes on top of the parallel port.
