Belt on treadmill is moving towards the right and
you need to adjust the travel of belt. to do this you need a allen wrench that came with it. if you have it run treadmill at slow speed,go to the rear right at the right end cap there is a hole, use the allen wrench and unscrew slowly while watching the belt until returns to the middle. if it slips when walking go back to rear and adjust by screwing in one turn on each side until belt wont slip.
How do i get the
On both ends of one of the rollers are adjustment or takeup screws. You may need a screwdriver or open end or allen wrench to adjust them. If the belt is moving toward the right, adjust the right side of the rollers to be farther apart (if I'm not mistaken). This should cause the belt to walk to the left. Run the machine and watch for belt movement. If the belt is tightening too much, adjust the left side to make the rollers closer together. These adjustments are best made while the belt is running, but BE CAREFUL!

My pro form 380 stops
Either the walk belt is loose or the front roller pully has spun. In order to determine which one, you need to remove the moter cover and watch the drive belt and front roller while you walk, try to stop the belt and see which one stops. If the walk belt stops and the front drive roller keeps turning, then you need to put a couple of turns on the rear allen bolts. If the roller stops when the walk belt stops, see if the drive belt(small one going to the motor) stops as well. If the drive belt turns fine, but the walk belt and the front roller stop, you need to replace the front roller, because the plastic pully that is connected to the roller, is pressed on and cannot be tightened.

Belt sticks on one side while running
There are hex bolts on the bottom rear of both sides of your treadmill. Turn one side one direction and the other sides the other direction until the belt tracks in the middle of the platform.
I have a proform380i that makes a lot of noise
Unplug unit remove motor shroud then plug unit in then start it observe where the noise is coming from. The best way to check the rollers to see if the bearings have failed is using a long shafted flat tip screw driver and place it on the shaft of the front roller, then put your ear on the handle and listen, if the sound has amplified then the roller is defective and needs replacing. If not then check the The drive motor the same way last but not least check the rear roller by placing the screw driver on the end of each adjusting bolts. If the noise is a squealing noise then it could be the drive belt .Call Icon Fitness to order part their is 1-800-999-3756.
