Hi. Try this: change your language settings to a European language. After that you can choose your radio type: choose Europe. Exit the menu.
Now you will be able to choose radio stations with two decimals, for example fm 88.15.
I hope this solves your problem.

Hi, this is a very common problem, its to do with all the little contacts on the dock that are causing it not to charge, over time and use these little thin metal contacs become warn and you then lose the connection with the device,
check the contacts on the ipod itself first make sure they are totally clean and no fluff or bits of rubbish are blocked in the port.
then check the docking station make sure its off with no power going to it then have a good look to see if you can see the contacts its not easy to fix or even see so you may need a good magnifying glass, so once you have one of these have a good look at each contact and make sure their is no fluff or anything else on one of the contacts, if their isnt then try the following.
make sure docking station is off and has not got any power going to it then using a magnifying glass have a real close look at the contacts then get a long pin and touch each of the contacts as if your tryin to scrape them clean with the pin, then give it a try, now if this still dont work the only other option to try and get it working is to only very slightly bend each pin so its connects with the ipod so if you have a close look at each one and bend it only very slightly outwards then give it a try again, doing this usually gets its working but if you bend them to much they can break and it will then be no good what so ever.
so have a go at fixing it but if it wont fix then the chance of getting it repaired is pretty slim.
let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok

Problem with your JBL BoomBox2 speaker (or similiar) ?
Just found this out, after crazy searching & brainstorming.
So if your speaker suddenly goes silent or sound comes and goes, you can check this out:
At least the JBL BoomBox seems to have this integrated in its architecture so there's nothing we can do about it, complain to JBL : )
But to the problem: if the SOURCE of music/sound is too low, then the speaker may go into a "sleep mode" - silent. So ensure always your SOURCE of sound, connected to the speaker, has volume at least 80% to avoid this problem.
Hope this helps & no one needs to ditch and buy a new one ! : )
