After about 45 minutes of
Replace the batteries in the guitar. As they near the end of life they will collapse and then recover some if the load is removed for an hour. Also, check the amp is not the problem... often times they have a heat sensor that backs them down till they cool off. Hve another guitar to immediately try with the amp.

How to get a fat and clear sound from schecter
Ninety percent of what you want depends on the amp and speaker you are using.
You likely will want a 15 inch speaker in a bass cabinet to start with and a decent midrange driver as well.
No amount of EQ will fix an audio system that just can't put out the bass tones.

My acative stays on even unplugged on my bass
when you say on, do you mean the battery continues to drain? If that is the case, check the battery ground wire at the jack...has it been repaired recently? Sometimes techs reconnect it to the main system ground, which continuously drains the battery whether plugged in or not. Or...sometimes the battery ground wire tab on the jack is touching shielding (if it is loose and rotates)...that would cause the same issue...
Battery box connection
The two tabs usually are just installed into loose fitting slots, and the bend in the tabs is what creates the "spring" action (and contact) on the battery terminals. To reinvigorate the tabs, you have to bend the portion of the tab that touches the battery terminal into the box, but you HAVE to hold the half of the tab with the soldered wire stationary while you do it. It works well, but requires patience. However, sometimes you can't get it to work, in which case go to a music store and order a replacement box (Allparts.com often has what you might need).
Guitar serial numbers
That is a 2013, but Schecter does not code any model information into their serial numbers--just internal tracking and tabulation. Are you looking for the model or something?
Peavey cs1000 x
The most likely case is that one of the main output transistors (if which there are many) is shorted. When the protect circuit senses DC on the final output, it will not allow the output relay to come on to protect the speakers from raw DC. With the power removed, you can check between each outputs Emitter and Collector and you will probably find close to zero ohms. From that point you need to unsolder each of the pins of the bad channel until you find the shorted device(s) and replace them.

No or very little sound from Fender passport
Depending on the model, there are four around that date, it could be the insert jacks are tarnished reducing the signal flow between the pre amp stage and digital power amplifier. It could be the power amplifier has failed. It could even be customer error in wiring.
This assumes there is the correct level of signal entering the input sockets of course.
