Direct Code Entry

1. Press and hold the SETUP button until the red indicator stays on, then release the SETUP button.
2. Press and release the desired Mode button (TV, VCR, etc.). The red indicator blinks, then stays lit.
3. Enter the 4 digit code from the code tables. Note: after a valid code entry, the red indicator turns off. For an invalid code, the red indicator flashes.
4. With your device on, press CHANNEL UP. If the device responds, no further programming is required. Note: If some buttons do not operate your device, try one of the other codes for your brand.

But there is no code for DVT Diamond. So you can try 0000 and then let URC learn it.
For example press 1 (to change channel to 1) for 10 second.. and maybe it will learn it. Like on others URC

Howdy, according to the manual, that remote comes preprogrammed to run your RCA television. There are no codes listed in their database, but here is the entire(very brief) manual:

Programming an Expressvu remote control can be frustrating. There are two basic ways of doing in it. The first one involves knowing both your TV brand name and also knowing the proper code to input in your remote. The second method is doing an automatic search. The following is a step by step procedure in how to program your dish network or Expressvu remote.


1)Make sure your TV and Satellite Receiver is ON.
2)Press and hold TV button until all lights on the side of it flashes. The TV button is the second button on the Top left hand side corner of the remote control.
3) Release that button, then press & release RED Button. You will notice TV button is stays on. If, it doesn't stay ON, you must repeat step 2 & 3. Otherwise, your batteries are low, you MUST change then.
4)Press and release the UP Arrow Key on the remote until TV turns off. Notice the UP arrow key button is the button below the volume keys (Stop button for VCR.)
5)Make sure you are aiming remote control to TV while pressing and releasing UP arrow key button. When you find the right code, the TV will turn OFF.
6) Immediately after, TV turns off, press # key.

You will have to do the CODE SEARCH on this one,..Press TV once on the remote, press and hold the SET button until the LED blinks twice then release it, enter 9-9-1. The LED will blink twice, Point the remote at the TV and slowly alternate press between TV and POWER buttons, stop when the TV turns off after pressing POWER, if it does not have a POWER button, you can use 1-2-3, CH+ or PLAY. to lock in the code, press and release SET....hope this was helpful...
