I don't have a repair for that product.Garden Sun appears to a Chinese company direct-selling patio heater product through distributors in US.
http://gardensun.en.made-in-china.com/There are no product manuals on site. There is a link for service.Probably the link for service is about SALES, and nothing to do with faulty products, or repair parts.I doubt there are repair parts of any sort for the heater. This type product usually has 30-90 day warranty through the seller where product is simply replaced for new one.Afterward there are no parts or general repair protocol, and short time later, the product is discontinued and new model takes its place. When product breaks, customer is supposed to buy a newer model, and recycle the metal locally at $6 per 100 lbs. Here's today's marketplace: The free market used to make motors that could be repaired, and each town had a knowledgeable motor-guy who would repair table fans and rewind any motor from any product. Not any more. Fans are imported, and they cannot be disassembled and repaired, and when they stop working, you throw the copper and steel into landfill and quickly buy another fan from Red Chineria because it's cheaper. Who cares about conserving resources, and making repairable consumer products, because that's a liberal agenda. If you need further help, I’m available over the phone at
