How do you test the batteries and how do you
Bill With a voltmeter you can check the voltage of the batteries through the charger port on the battery pack. Set the voltmeter to 200 volts dc and plug the leads into the two outter holes of the charger port. You will be reading the voltage of the batteries and after a full charge they should read 25-27 volts. The batteries are in the case under the seat. remove the case from the scooter and turn it over there are numerous screws to unscrew to seperate the case and get access to the batteries. Remove the cables from the batteries and also the heat sensors from the batteries. Make sure you reattach the heat sensors to the batteries when you relace them with new batteries. Now you won't be able to do a load test on the batteries in the case but you can get them checked once you remove them from the case. It has been my experience that these smaller batteries do good if they last you a year. If less than that you might have a weak battery and you will need to replace both batteries with new ones. Hope this helps you

I have lost the key to this scooter and cannot
Alice do you have anyone at home that can take the console on your scooter apart? If so have them take it apart and remove the switch. Then purchase an on-off toggle switch at Wal-Mart or any automotive parts house. Cut the two wire off the old switch and connect them to each pole on the switch install the switch in the console and put back together. You can test the switch before you put it in the console to make sure that your scooter turns on. Easy and cheap fix. Hope this helps
