Hi some remotes will only operate a few controls the only way is to purchase a Logitech remote the cost is aprox $50 to $74 dollars ...cheers available on E/BAY...

I have had this happen on universal air conditioner remotes as well. Try looking on the website for Thorn remotes and universal remotes that will work on a Thorn. Thorn used to be AWA. You could try that as well.

Yeah, you are getting lousy reception. If your antenna is directional re direct it to the direction of the stations you want to receive the most. Get an antenna amp to boost signals. Get a good directional antenna and mount as high as possible on mast for best signal reception. Make sure you have nada in the way of antenna and stations for best results.

What year is it and what is the code list version in stalled also what are you trying to control make and model numbers would help to decide if your one 4 all has the required codes installed
