E3 error code indicates here that the washing machine has detected that the door on your washing machine is not shut and that can not start a wash cycle. Keep it simple; firstly, Check the sensors, water level especially as it gets clogged with congealed powder etc. Check the drain pump for debris.

Usually this is because the cycle has not completed! Complete the last cycle and the door should open.

The cycle timer is stuck at the one minute to go point.

Model WFL2872 drum not turning. It was working until I opened up the front to to remove a coin from the area of the heating element. It was an easy task but, while I don't think I damaged anything, it failed to work properly when I turned it on. I tried it on a short wash cycle but all it did was fill with water... I emptied it using the drain setting. I then tried it on spin: the machine buzzes and clicks now and then but the drum does not move. Please help!

The compression spring that runs the unit is broken. You should not try to run the unit at all with it in this condition because you can break the housing.
