Have a WF 2460 Maxx (in New Zealand) very strong
Well you really have suffered a major problem. Please remove from the mains. Well really the only non-destructive way, is to repair the motor in place, and get it going again. I have done a search for a manual but cannot find one sorry. I have a "Jumper" in my shop that I can use to override the solenoid, and force it open. You may be able to get the door to open, If you disconnect all wiring to the the Motor, and anything else that's suspect, then you may then put the Power back on, briefly, and often the door will unlatch. But unless you are familiar, may you should take my professional advise and get a service man to call. In the end it will save you time and money. If as we suspect, the motor must be replaced, and maybe a driver/controller board too. You would have to source the parts yourself, somehow find a manual, put it all back together, and it still may not work, as due to your non-familiarity, you have missed something. I recommend, you get on the phone to your local Bosh, office, and ask for a referral to a service center. If you are worried about costs etc. you could always ask for a "Quote" before proceeding with any repairs.
