Bosch range flashing error code

Maybe this answer will be useful even now. I took the documentation for a similar model HES255U and in the Troubleshooting section there is the following on this problem https://www.ovenmanuals.com/bosch/hes255u/use-and-care-manual/ If a 'F' code flashes, press Off to clear the display and stop beeping. Reset oven if necessary. If fault code remains and beep continues, record fault code, cancel oven and call authorized servicer.

My gas convection range bakes just fine but fan is

Chances it is a fan failure. Check the wired to the fan as well. If able, place 120 volts to the fan wires to see if the fan starts. If the fan works then it is not the fan. but the fan and the surrounding wires would be my first suspects.

Oven will not heat i set the temp , turn it on,

Hi

This means a loose/broken wire on the oven temp sensor or the oven temp. sensor itself is bad and should be replaced. To solve this issue test the oven temp. sensor, it should read between 1080-1120 ohms, if the rating is more then that and the door appears to be closing fine then it is the control board that is bad and should be replaced. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.

My touch panel is not responding. It just flashes

Definitivelly you have to replace the control board to fix this and the part number could be located in THIS LINK and you can get it at a local appliance parts dealer near you or online.

IGNITERS CONSTANTLEy CLICKING

It is because it is having it's path to ground interupted where it uses the flame as a path. It is fairly easy to fix just use a brass brush to clean the ignitor and the burner assembly (where the spark is going to) do it to all the burner you use monthly, for preventive maintenance.
