The problem is covered on this link

1. remove the base palte by lifting the end opposite to the electric cord.
2. Loosen the bottom power outled slider, without removing it fully
3. unclip the curved plastic retainer in the front and unscrew philips head screw.
4. Work around the edges of the two halves until it comes apart and you are able to free the slider from its return spring.

According to my limited spanish I assume you need spare parts?
I suggest braun.com internationally, and also smallappliance.com if you live in the US.

Yes. You can find spares at smallappliance.com. navigate by brand and category.Your 4-digit type code can be found on the base plate. Otherwise, you can use Braun.com and their spare parts nr locator by searching for the 4-digit product code. Note the number and contact one of the authorized dealers from the list.

You need to remove the base plate by carefully prying it open at the opposite end of where the electric cord is fitted. Then release the two halves working along the edges with a thin blunt object. Also carefully remove the sliding cover for the center power mixer outlet before separating the halves.
