Try a light penetrating oil on the threads, and allow time for it to work. Sometimes working the nut in both directions, back and forth, a little at a time fill allow the penetrant to lubricate the threads better, allowing it to be more easily removed.

How to put a rotozip rz10 back together
Hardest part is getting the trigger mechanism back in the right position while putting the screws in place. Everything has a slot/groove it fits into before both outside covers can be put together. One side will be easier to hold the pieces while the other simply covers them. A spot of glue (elmers) may help to hold trigger in place and the wires.
Rotozip lock wont release
You may have to split the housing for this. I have seen where the pin can become bent or where the plastic housing becomes worn at the pin and allows it to move around too much. They usually also have a small spring with the pin which may have failed.
Trying to get blade off
Try a little PB blaster penetrating oil and a little more muscle not to much!! Nut might be a tad bit rusted in place. Good Luck....

Hi, W/D here.
Check the brushes first. Demo's get pilfered for small items, and the brushes may have been 'misplaced'. If they're there, then trace your wiring through the switch.

Saw just stopped
I used my Rotozip once, off and on for about one hour total time. I put it away, very glad that I had bought it. It did a great job by the way. I did not need it again for another year and a half. Recently, I had another "honey do" project to take care of, so when I took it out of it's tool bag, I was certain it would take care of my project in no time. I plugged it in, hit the switch and nothing. So, I plugged it in another outlet... nothing. Shook all the cords to check for a broken wire... nothing. No power... nothing. Talk to me, is there a circuit breaker in there somewhere or do I have to send it back to Rotozip?
While using the masonry cutting blade, the unit
start with the cord. do a continuity check on it. then check the switch. then check the brushes, are they touching the commutator and moving in the slot. let me know if this does not work.
While using the rz10 tile cutting wheel the saw
The only tile that they are any decent at cutting would be ceramic, slate, or terracotta. Anything else is way too hard and even cutting the listed tile it's no joy to do. I would suggest using a 4 or 4 1/2" grinder with a diamond blade coupled with a wetsaw. hope this helps and good luck.

Bosch 1587vs blade won't tighten when installing
It sounds like you are having difficulty tightening the blade on your Bosch 1587vs jigsaw. To resolve this issue, first unplug the tool and lift up on the knob and loosen the spindle lock. Then insert the blade and push up slightly while doing so and twist to align the blade with the roller. Make sure to turn past resistance until it clicks. If the issue persists, you may need to replace the "clic" assembly, part #2-602-025-901.
