I have ABAC 270ltrs italian comprosser. after the comprosser reaches its full capacity air starts to leak from its switch. can u pls help me solve this promblem

In 80% of the cases this is the problem. I sulose that you use a lot this compressor so the one way valve gets worn out. The first stel is to pull out the smal hose when the unit stops and see if air escapes. If so then change the black piece in the photo. It will last for a small period of time. I recomend to change the piece in the photo.
This is a way to solve the problem if air escapes trough the small hose.7

New AC-0032 valve plates don't work on the existing heads of my Craftsman 919.152.930 compressor. Is there a way to use the existing head or is there a different head which will work?

Your old valve plate can be repaired. Usually only one or two reeds break. Carefully trim off broken reed exposing port hole. Tap hole with fine thread and make plug with proper matching bolt. plug should be same thickness as plate. Thread in plug using thread locker then ping in several spots. Works without loss of volume. You could also replace the reeds. Good luck..

I have a VERY OLD Craftsman Air Compressor. I

I've been working on air compressors for a while now and so far haven't found any that give a specific amount of oil to put in the air pump crank case. They all have one of two methods to get the oil to the proper level. First, and my favorite, is a sight glass at the bottom of the crank case. About the size of a quarter, it lets you see how much oil is in the pump as you add it. Usually they have a red center dot which is where you want the oil level. A little over or under is OK but the sight glass should not be completely full or completely empty, both are hard on the pump and drive motor. Another method is a dip stick usually on the end of the fill hole cap. Only bad thing about these is you have to put in some oil, check the oil level with the dip stick, then add more oil and check it with the dip stick until you get to the full mark. Again, not over and only a little under is where you want the oil level.

I have a Craftsman 125 psi 1.5 hp 3 gallon air compressor. When I plug it in and turn on I see a blue arc come from somewhere. How do I fix this?

If the blue arc is coming from the motor it might be an older motor that uses brushes. If the motor is serviceable you would need to take apart the motor and change the brushes. Blue arcs don't usually come from shorts

I have a craftsman air compressor and I can't get it to build up pressure. What could be the problem?

Could be a faulty compressor its self. Leaky hoses or lines. Mine had a tiny rust hole in the tank its self and had to get it welded. Is your pressure setting up where they should be. mine has settings where you turn a knob to set pressure up or down for different operations. These are just ideas to help Good luck.

Craftsman air compressor will not shut off

w/o other details, one can only presume that the tank pressure switch has be adjusted to high or it has failed/broke. Adjust pressure downward (if not already). Replace tank switch.

Sears craftsman air compressor model 919.153160 will pump to 150psi but is leaking when it is pumping it will shut off at 150psi but then struggles to restart (tries several times before it does start

Loosing line a little bit going into tank and see it the pressure continues to come out if so, you might want to consider replacing the check valve. It is designed to keep the pressures in the tank and when they leak off it causes back pressure on the motor making it hard to restart...hope that helps.
