the green light flashing means the tool is ready to fire. when the trigger switch is depressed or the safety activated the fan will run for a short time and automatically shut off. if the tool is not firing then it could be a loose connection of the circuit board or the spark unit. Let me know what the exact problem is and I will try and help further. Also check the expiration date on the bottom of the fuel cell.

check battery voltage, make sure your battery is making a good connection with the two prongs in the handle, if so may be the electronic spark control.

they go under the plate where the follower is. What you need to do is remove the screws that hold the channel to the side where the follower is located and then lift the steel plate up. Pull back on the follower and the lockout bar and spring fit into a recess that you will see (once you get it to this point you will see what I am talking about), set the spring and bar into the recess and push it a couple times to make sure installed properly. replace the laarge steel plate and hold in place while reassembing the nose piece (4 screws, 2 on each side) and then reassemble the rest of the tool.
