all you need to do is unscrew the disto at the bottom remove it from the case and push the band (wires) that connect the screen to the unit. I had the same problem and just fixed it.

I heard of a guy in Houston, TX that will replace them, but I searched the internet and couldn't fine any info. I'd try where you bought it for advise. Maybe the factory is your only solution. good luck!
