You might need to get the air filter cleand or changed, as well as the rest of the air intake system altogether.

Set a battery charger to around 13 or 14 volts. Ground it to frame. Make positive charge contact with starter where harness directly attaches to starter. That will crank up the starter.

did you check the coil for the spark plug, its obviously wiring somewhere, i say replace it all, its cheap to do that, and saves time fighting it

there is a little black box with 6 wires 5 of them used on the left side of the frame in the front try that but if the plug in the back is un hooked or not working follow the wire from the bail cord socket and unplug it and put a wire between the two prongs that would eliminate that issue from the bail cord switch hope this works for you

Not sure about that particular one however if it has been sitting for a while or has a bad fuel filter the low speed jet in the carb is probably clogged. Your local lawn mower shop should be able to fix for much less than the motorcycle shop.

chk your tank and lines for trash blockage, when you get fuel to the carb go from there, the overflowing is caused by the needle valve in the carb sticking open, usually caused by trash in the fuel, make sure you are getting fire to the plug as well, I know for a fact the wiring systems on these things are not quality systems.
