FIRST CHECK TO MAKE SURE THE BELT IS NOT TO SLACK.
SHOULD BE ABLE TO RAISE ABOUT 2 INCHES IN THE MIDDLE.
IF THIS IS OK, TIGHTEN THE ALLEN SCREW AT THE BACK.
THE SIDE ITS RUNNING OFF SHOULD BE TIGHTENED. (TURNED CLOCKWISE)
DO THIS WHILST THE MACHINE IS RUNNING AND WATCH THE BELT GO ACROSS.
DO IT IN SMALL AMOUNTS A 1/4 TO 1/2 A TURN AT A TIME.
IF IT DOES NOT GO ACROSS, YOU MAY HAVE EITHER FRONT OR REAR ROLLER BEARING PROBLEMS, OR THE BRACKETS SUPPORTING THE ROLLERS ARE DAMAGED / BENT.

When you have the motor hood off, you should see a red light on at the motor controller. This light should remain lit the whole time the tradmill is plugged in, It should start to flash or pulse when you tell it to start the walk belt. If the light remains and does not start flashing, you have a console or wiring problem, If the light flashes and the motor does not start, you have a motor problem.

I ordered a key from the treadmill doctor site. It cost me 9.99 free shipping. I ordered the 1" Safety key for Proform & Weslo Treadmills 119038. It was a little thick so I sanded the rails on the bottom with a soft Kiss lady's nail sander. I only left a small smidgen of the rails on the key. Now it works just fine. The clothing clip is not as nice as the orginal, but is sufficient.

You will need to check to see if the motor is stalling... Ie. the motor is bad...
or if the motor is running and the drive train has gone bad....
maybe a shaft turning inside the pulley or a belt that is worn out...

hi, best way to find out is to take off the front cover showing the motor, then without standing on the treadmill start, most likley its the belt on the motor that has either slipped off or just needs to be tightened, you will know this when the belt on the motor isnt moving but the motor is.

hi it seems like the belt on the motor has either slipprd or needs to be tightened, i had the same problem. i just tightened the belt on the motor and its working fine!

hi your belt need to be tightened, check your manuel on how to do this. but do not walk on the belt when its doing this you can damage the belt and the motor very expensive to fix.

There is a knob about halfway down or up, depending on how you are looking at it. You need to lift up or push up a little bit to take the weight off the locking pin, as soon as the weight is of it should pull out about 1/2 of and inch. Be careful ALL the weight of the walk deck is now in your hands. Be prepared to lower it, and use your second hand immediatly anfter you pull the locking pin out. After the walk platform starts to come down, let go of the locking pin, it has a spring to pull it back, but the pin only fits in ONE hole in the prop rod, so it wont grab on the way down. Some treadmills have a dampening shock to allow the lowering of the walk deck slowly, and some do not. So again BE CAREFULL, this could hurt you if it falls on you.

if the motor controller card is the model MC_60 you should change D4015L diodes and SCR's S4015L but if MC_2100 you should change the MOSFET IRFP250N
