Hi My epic 425 treadmile stop when i'm runing and all information goes back to 0. Sometime it does that 4 time in a 1h workout and sometime nothing happend. It's not the magnet or the power cord.

Help My kids got a basketball stuck in my treadmill. Now it turns on goes really fast and shuts off. It is an Epic 425 MX Comfort Step Impact Cushioning Treadmill.

First off remove the errant object.

My epic 425 will start turning but shuts down right away

I've got an EPIC 400 MX treadmill and the speed doesn't start, the incline works ok. I've checked the reed switch and it's working fine. Could it be the keypad.

Just bought a new Epic a30t treadmill. It was already together at Dunham's. Brought it home pluged it in and it won't do anything but show a loading bar going across the screen. I need help please!

I've folded up my Epic treadmill, but am unable to locate ANY model number, help?

The model # is on the bottom frame member. It begins with EPTL. With that # you will be able to order parts.
