brake fluid is silicone based (most times) hence it will split up into its component parts in water , now coolant is mostly water with a bit of antifreeze added to it , so the two will sort of partly ways mix , silicone's can and will effect rubber parts , most times breaking them down into there chemical parts and most hoses are made of it , so if it were me , id shut it off and drain coolant and replace with new , as the longer you leave the wrong stuff in there the more it will affect the hoses

what do you mean "blows a plug" do you mean that the center electrode burns away do you mean that the plug blows out the hole if it burns the center electrode away and it is a 2 stroke engine , the problem is that it is running too lean and that is an indication of failed crank shaft seals

Sounds like its changing the timing to a degree the 580 cannot handle.
