you have a faulty cut out stat. if you unplug oven , remove from housing and take lid off
near the cooling fan on top cable tied in the wireing is the cut out . it has 4 wires going in it 2 blue 2white just replace it and will be back to normal hope this helps you

ovens don't usually come with a cord. check handbook for cable size and you should find a connection block behind a plate at back. just connect to outlet making sure you get connections correct - they are usually identified on terminal block

I would suspect the oven thermostat, sounds like it was over heated and unsoldered itself. 60/40 solder melts at 218°C which is 425°F.

1. Turn off the oven.
2. Press and hold the "Bake" and "Broil" buttons.
3. Turn the oven on by pressing the "On/Off" button.
4. Continue holding the "Bake" and "Broil" buttons until the display shows "PF" or "8.88."
5. Release both buttons.

If these steps don't work, refer to the user manual or contact Electrolux customer support for further assistance.

The exhaust fan is not working correctly. There could be several things causing this.

Were you using the dreaded 'Self Cleaning' cycle? Number one tip, never ever use the self cleaning cycle. The oven locks, wiring and sometimes even the hob wiring can't cope with 1,200'F. Call for service.

Probably the clock and/or control board could be failing at random. The erratic oven start-up could present a safety hazard.
