Hello, Go through the following to clear the error: CLEAR > ENGIN > ERRCLR; and then turn OFF and then ON the power. If this does not fix it check connection of the Connectors (Thermistor Connector and AC Connector). If this does not fix it replace the Fixing Main Thermistor (Film Unit). If this does not fix it replace the Fixing Assembly. Go to the Canon factory support site and see if they have the driver software you need to do this.
