Why the cartridge does not move when the printer is on. and when i set to print error no. B200 appear?
http://www.canon.co.uk/support/consumer_products/product_ranges/printers/pixma/error_codes/#b200
B200 Error- This could also be displayed as P10 or the orange and green light blinking 10 times
Description:
B200 is a service error that can occur due to a hardware failure with either the printer or the print head.
Resolution:
In most instances, a B200 error will require a repair at a Canon authorised repair centre, however prior to sending your printer for repair please follow the steps below to try and resolve this error-
- Turn off the printer
- Disconnect the power cable
- Open the printer cover
- Check for any orange protective tape or white polystyrene and remove if necessary
- Check that there are no foreign objects in the printer (such as a paper clip) and remove if necessary
- Close the cover
- Reconnect and turn on
If the error message is still showing, then it is necessary to deliver or send the printer to an authorised repair centre.
If the printer is still under warranty, (generally one year from purchase) and supporting documentation is provided, then a free of charge warranty repair will be carried out.
If the warranty has expired, then any repairs can only be carried out at cost and charges will apply.
You can find the details of your nearest repair centre using our
interactive repair centre locator.
If you own a PIXMA PRO-1 please
contact us directly as you may be eligible for an on-site repair.

How do I respond to a "the type of print head is incorrect install correct print head" message?
Usually that type of message means either the print head was not a Canon authorized print head or the chip that the unit reads is damaged.
All you can really do is ask for a refund from where it was purchased, or get another one from a Canon authorized retailer.
"Never purchase a reconditioned print head, for exactly this reason" Be aware of "Pirates" who call you, ask you what type of printer or copier you have and as soon as you tell them, they all of a sudden have what you need at a huge discount. Its a rip off.
