my suggestion : take your printer to an authorized service center, probably the printer has a defective electronic board, there is nothing you can do to fix it

Canon's general advice is to disconnect the power cord, wait 5 minutes, plug it back in and see what happens. Purportedly there is no "kill switch" that would stop the printer from working if you were using 3rd party ink. Normally, I would suggest resetting the printer but you seem to have one showing no power.
