Make sure the printer has power and is turned on. Use the settings box (Control panel) on your PC click on printers and scan for printers. It should find the Epsom. it seems like you need to reconnect or rest it up on that computer (If it works on another laptop) maybe that computer has more than one printer an more then one Epson object to pick from. Try resetting it up.

clean your printhead. it has a partial plug. you can run some cleaning cycles or make a cleaner cartridge. this involves drilling the cartridge and taking a syringe and putting about a full syringe of windex into it and sealing it with hot wax and then putting it into the printer and running cleaning cycles, or taking a small plastic hose on a syringe and putting a pool of windex on the ink pads where the printhead comes to rest and turning the printer off and let it sit for a few hours. it will try to suck the windex out into the waste ink pads so you have to get it there just as it parks. it will let the printhead sit in the windex and wick up into it to unclog it. sounds like the cartridges are in the wrong slots/ not fully seated, or the protective film over the jets were not removed
