Some functions not working
I think you to ground the parking brake wire in order for all of you setting to illuminate. I'm not sure but I'm thinking that I had the same issue when I was installing mine.

When i turn my car
Check your wiring. Sounds like you've got a bad ground, or missed a 12v source somewhere. Remember - There is a 12v constant that keeps your radio constantly tied in (so your clock stays correct, etc) and a 12v Ignition/ACC which tells your radio when you've turned the car ON or in ACC mode (which turns the radio on).
If you've mixed the two up, you'd probably get the results you're getting.

No sound comes out when i plug my ipod in.
hey buddy, go through the av settings and it should say something about Input 1 and Input 2 or something. Click on input 1 until it says IPOD, should be good to go.

My avic f90bt keeps turning
Mine is doing the same thing. At first i just thought it was a grounding issue so i went back and checked all the wires but that wasn't it. I figured the problem is with the speed sensor since it only does it when i exceed 15mph. The only thing i have found so far to keep it from cutting off is unhooking the GPS wire on the back of the unit. It fixes the problem but creates another( you have no GPS) so really its just whichever you would rather have GPS or Radio. I'm still trying to figure out the correct way to fix the problem though so I'll post when i do finally figure it out. Looks like i'm going to have to undo the bypass i created in order to watch DVDs and put in destination points while driving

When i hit about 15 mph the system resets
The speed sensor wire is to estimate your speed while GPS signals are not availible. You sometimes see problems when that wire is hooked to something it shouldn't be. Double check that connection.
