Omg...thats your steamer thingy...nice. that's new tech. If it's a factory install and you have potable water in your holding tank and / or are hooked to water pipe you are good to go with the latest tech in fabric care. Lucky gal

It should lock on all functions. It may be a bad lock or the connection to the lock. I would call the support for that unit, Westland Sales 503-655-2563.

I have a splendide 2000 / WD802 pre m with round power buttons. It came with a used RV I bought. Everything would work on it except the drum wouldn't spin at all. After some research and messing around with it I was able to fix it! You remove the back panel and in the bottom left corner there is a white control module chip board mounted in by two screws. Remove the two screws from the back for access to fix it. Now the top plug on pin 1 and 2 shoud have 2 white wires connected to pin 1 and one baby blue wire connected to pin 2. I jumped these 2 pins together with a small length of wire and now our machine spins and works great! Be sure to used at least 6 inches of wire at least as thick as the rest of the wires and make sure that it is well connected. I recommend you take the crimps off the blue and white wires and re crimp them with the jumper wire crimped as well. If you don't have a good connection with a long enough wire it will get hot and possibly catch fire so it is very important to do this correctly. I hope this helps someone!!

sounds very much like the bearing has seized on the drum. can you turn it by hand? I'm betting it's either stuck or REALLY stiff

Clarification, Are you talking about the "speed bump" like things that are set from front to back of the drum sides? Why don't you try to attach a photo to your response and more folks can help.
