Why tomtom always say to me that my device is not connect

When the GPS device is not able to receive (more than 3 or 4) satellite signals, it will continue to search. This may take a while ... or if you're indoors or under cover of some (solid) obstructions, it may not happen. So, make sure you have clear views of the skies when you are trying to get satellite signals.Consider regularly updating the GPSQuickFix file (by connecting your GPS using TomTom HOME) to download the positions of the satellites (over the next 7 days). It may help.

My Tom Tom 720 Go has reveloped distorted sound on

In all likelihood it is the speakers voice Coil, or if a Piezo one then it is faulty, it is not too hard to replace something like this, small speakers/pizeo units are available from Radio Shack, or the like, simply remove the "Old" one,and take it with you to choose a similar one, it is NOT too critical, if it fits, and is similar resistance etc, that will be fine.

Gets lost tells us to turn when there is no turn

If someone has reported a permanent road change which has then been accepted by TomTom your information will be corrupted - these long-term changes can be done be 'approved' local authorities and then taken as 'law' by the map generators. You need to 'report' a map error through TomTom Home and wait. But make sure that your unit is set to take the error correction mimmediately. If you are the only one to report an error, it may not be accepted.

Why tomtom seems I changed the battery it's not working

The screen shows an X when the navigation software on your TomTom is corrupted ... and it will not start (boot) up the device. Have you tried contacting TomTom Support, to have them walk you through this problem ? assuming you recently bought your TomTom and it is still on warranty.

When I switch on a message about connecting to my computer always comes onto the screen. Can I turn off this message?

This message is usually shown (only) when your TomTom is connected to a computer (USB port). If your TomTom GPS is not connected to a computer when you switch it on, this message should not display. If this is not the case, try re-booting your GPS, by holding down the ON/OFF button (for a long while) until the GPS turns off, or by using the RESET (pin hole) ... and see if it fix the issue.
