I surely wish I had good news, but most likely you will have to find & pay someone to completely dis-assemble the washer to do this. If you lived in my area of Florida, I would send you to an older man who knows all there is to know about Kenmore (Whirlpool) washers, and he could tell you if is possible. Do you have anyone in your area who you could ask? Specifically, someone who is older, experienced, and works out of their garage, or small workshop. God bless your efforts.

SOUNDS LIKE YOU MIGHT HAVE A WORN OUT DRAIN PUMP, YOU WILL HAVE TO OPEN IT TO DO A VISUAL CHECK ON IT,

Have you put too much washing in....pushing against the door mechanism??? Reduce the amount of washing...see if that works..

Sorry F1 is a fatal error with the main control. You'll have to replace it or buy another washer

You might have a restriction in the outlet hose. Worse, you might have a bad pump. It is easy to check for the constriction. Pour water into the tub, set the timer for the spin cycle and watch how strong/fast the water leaves the hose. Check for water beneath the tub.

DO NOT attempt to turn this washer upside down! The wash tub is suspended by suspension springs and it will dislodge the wash tub from its mounts. The washer also weighs about 200 lbs. Not a bright suggestion.

In addition, if this is an OASIS, no special tools are required to remove the wash tub. It usually involves removing the center cap from the wash plate and loosen the bolt underneath with a socket. You will need to remove the wash tub ring in order to get the wash tub out, however. This is the pastic ring around the top of the wash tub. It simply snaps in place and can be removed by popping the retaining taps free with a screwdriver.

If you hear a rattling noise, I would recommend you check the drain pump first as "titelines" suggested. It is common for items to get lodged in the piump impeller and make noise. Keep in mind...there are TWO pumps on an Oasis. One is a recirc pump. Check them both. If anything has been left in the pump for any significant period of time, it can damage them.

You will need to access them both with the rear panel removed and the wash tilted up so you can access the mounting bolts and screws from underneath. I would STRONGLY recommend you drain all residual water from the wash tub prior to disconnecting any drain hoses. If you own a wet/dry shop vac, this can be accomplished by removing the drain hose from the standpipe and pulling a vacuum on it. This will minimize any mess you may have to clean up later.

Moister can get in between the contacts,is it in a high moister environment? Try using a hair dryer on the panel to dry it out.Also unplug it to reset.

Hello. The error code means there is a problem with the door lock. The lock *may* be working correctly but the main board is not getting the indication of lock position(open/closed). Or, the lock may have failed completely--when you initiate a cycle, do you hear the lock engage? Is the door, in fact, truly locked? The lock is really just a simple electro-magnet. When energized, it magnetically pushes or pulls a lever so you can't open the door. Also, it contains the ability to let the main board know when it's safe to start the wash cycle. as for ur pre wash u can just turn off machine for 20 minutes and pre soak items then turn back on. As for ur wet clothes check for loose worn belt if belt driven, or a loose slipping bad clutch and brake assembly. I would also check to make sure water pump is not clogged

You may have a bad water valve,could be over filling. But. Still could be a drain pump. Does the tub ever fill with water when you are not using? Also too much soap and not using HE. Soap. Can cause this

To me it sounds like you have something stuck in your pump. I would check that first. I had the high pitched sound during the spin cycle on my machine and it turned out to be the drum bearings. That part used to be covered by a 10 year warranty but not anymore. My machine was less than ten years old and it cost me around 300.00 to fix it. I have paid for my machine 3 times over in repairs. My next washer will NOT be HE and probably an old school Speed Queen

Sd Error Suds Detected (Stored Error Code F71) Did you use regular detergent? Regular or hand-washing detergents are not recommended for this washer. Use only High Efficiency ("HE") detergent. Did you add too much detergent? Always measure detergent. Follow detergent manufacturer's directions. If excessive suds are detected, the washer will display this code while running a suds reduction correction routine at the end of the wash cycle. The suds reduction routine removes extra suds and assures proper rinsing of your garments. If the code remains and the wash cycle dial is ?ashing after the recovery routine has stopped, re-select your desired cycle using cold water. Press START. Do not add detergent. Ld Error Washer is taking too long to drain water from the washtub (Stored Error Code F32) Check the following: Is the drain hose or pump clogged? Is the drain hose higher than 96" to reach the drainpipe? Is the Drain Pump Running? Is the pressure transducer hose kinked, disconnected, or punctured? Press PAUSE/CANCEL to clear display.

The F50 error code indicates that the RPS (rotor position sensor) detects no motor rotation. Check to see if the basket spins freely. If not, you could have an item caught between the outer tub and the inner spin basket. A toy or other item underneath the washer could also prevent the basket from spinning and would result in this F50 code. If the basket spins freely, you could have a wiring failure that would prevent the motor from spinning.

Depends where the loose change is? Some times it caught between the middle paddle and the basket.Tthat I just use a small flat tip screw driver and finger, trap it and lift carefully out. If the coins are underneath the basket then its more involved. First, tape the door down and lift top cap and prop up aside. Then remove tubs cap off of tub. Next inside basket in the center, remove center cap off of paddle. Then remove bolt from center. Remove paddle." This I use a screw driver small enough to fit in paddle holes, one on each side to lift equally,back and forth." You will find six phillips head screws under paddle you need to remove. This should be able to lift the basket out. Walla!! T here's the bottom of the tub and anything lying there should be removed. If you want to really inspect it there are two 5/16th head screws that hold a protective plastic plate that should be removed and checked sense your there any ways. good luck to you and hope this helps.
