check the service manual

os seems to be corrupt, get it reinstalled

get the power supply checked via an engineer

then enter bios and make sure master boot is set to hdd if that dont work try installing a new os

Memory issue? Too many programs at start up. You can shut down what you don't want by Ctrl+alt+delete! that starts the task manager. Close all the unnecessary programs.

Check power cable and video in cable.

Plug in the stereo jack from your speakers into the sound card audio out . Assuming you have a stereo jack on your speakers, other wise you might need to buy a stereo jack with cabling which you will need to hook up to your speakers,

Loose contact in power supply or the video socket at the desktop or the monitor. Just move the cable around and if the problem recurs then it's either the power or video cable problem.

You could try going into the internet tcpip settings when it is working properly.note every field values down. After update go back to tcpip settings and manually enter every value and save. It should work.

hold the faceplate open, get a paper clip. There is a small hole in the front of the DVD/CD drive, place the paperclip in it and push slowly until the device drawer opens.

you installed correct drivers? if yes,remove and again enter the plug of speakers at the back of cpu

Turn off PC, Unplug PC from power. Open PC case. Examine all fans including CPU fan and heatsink. clean the fans and heatsink. With case open but everything inside connected properly, Plug pc back in. Power up the PC and check that all fans are running. If not replace fan that is not running. Place PC in a well ventilated area when operating. I use a new small paintbrush for cleaning dust from inside of PC.

Well let me give you a better idea what may be happenig.

First off Do you feel the fan blowing air out in back of the computer? If so continue below if not you need a power supply.

Next do you hear any of the normal beeps or sounds during start up,
It is possible for it to be on but not loading post (power on self test procedure) if so then continue below if not check cmos and hard drive.

Do you know if your monitor is good? Do you see green light on front? Check connection to computer? It's possible your computer is running fine but you can not see it due to bad monitor? Do you have a spare monitor you can try? Have you tried pulling out video card & reinserting it?

Please let me know the status of the above and I will cvontinue with you after these answers.
