All printed pages come out with random "V" type

Check to see if there's anything stuck onto the fuser rollers. It sounds as if there may be some residue dirt that prevents the fuser to do its job. It may be that someone tried to print on a self-adhesive paper that was not meant to go through laser printers, and somehow a triangular shape got stuck on the rollers.
On the other hand, if this V shape is just a wrinkle that's different on every printout but preserves the general V shape, then you may be looking at the paper guidance plastic "fingers" inside the paper tray. See that the paper is freely movable and it's not pressed too hard. Also, see that you don't use lighter paper than 80g/m2, although printers say they can handle lighter paper, 80-120g/m2 is still the best thickness for lasers.
