HP Officejet Pro K5300 The printer

Hi,

There are couple of things as reasons for this behavior of your printer.

1) First be absolutely sure that the cartridges you have inside are the ones meant for HP Officejet Pro k5300. The liquidity of the ink does create problems from catridge to cartridge.

2) The catridge nozzle and the print head needs thorough clean up as ink is not flowing out properly or there is a clogg. Try to use the print head clean up utility . You will find this from your manual. This happens if the ink is not good or the printer has not been used for some time.

3) Third which is also possible is incorrect set of drivers. Try to uninstall and install the set of drivers for the printer once again so that the properties and settings are defualt and command triggers all cartridges to work .

4) Hope the above steps resolve the issue else the last option would be to replace the black cartridge.

Thank You

Black won' print on pro

You could clean the black ink cartridge. For this you need to remove the black ink cartridge which is present in the printer. In order to clean the laser or scanner block you could use a cotton swab as it would fully clean the dirt. You need to clean the grime and the dried ink present in the printer. This would remove all the hindrances which prevent the ink from flowing. Cleaning the printer heads would also help to solve the problem.

"Paper detected does not match paper size. or type selected. Make sure the paper size is correct to continue the job" This is now on the display window. Nno changes were made. Help!

You give no details what job has been sent to the printer before that. Probably your printer settings about the paper are some standard for your area like A4 for example, but you are trying to print a file, received from a place on earth, where the paper used in printers is different format and the file has been prepared for print on Legal, for example. To reset the process, find the print job in your Devices and Printers folder and delete it. Then power cycle the printer. Then check the document and make ajustments to it fitting the printer settings. Then print it again.

Office jet pro 8710. will not print says the paper size detected 0 by the printer does not match the paper size selected (8.5x11in) for the print job

The Officejet 8710 printer can face paper mismatch issues if the paper settings are not set properly in the Print Preview box. Try setting the Paper Type option to Plain in the settings window that appears before performing the print. Change the settings to 8.5 x 11 in both the copier and the printer setting. There can also be an issue with the paper tray. Set the paper width guides correctly. Try printing a Configuration report to determine which paper size the printer is configured to. Any bits of paper stuck inside the printer roller might also cause paper feeding errors. Open the cartridge access door of your HP Officejet Pro printer. Wait for the ink cartridges to a position on the left. Look for any pieces of paper inside the cartridge area. If any bits are found, remove them. That should solve your problem. for more support Call our Toll-Free 1-866-293-9220 or visit https://goo.gl/Pkv63e

Hp Officejet 6000 not printing black ink, I have replaced ink cartridges, checked contacts, cleaned print heads, still not working

Try taking out the printhead and let it soak in "window cleaning" solution overnight or for about 8 hours. It should unclog the printhead nozzle. Put it in about half inch of the solution. It always worked for me. Make sure you wipe it dry un the back of the printhead when putting back into the printer.
