Without knowing any more, all I can do is take you through a tedious set of steps:

1. Is it plugged in? Unplug the power cord at both ends, then plug it back in.
2. Is it connected to your computer? Unplug the cord at both ends, then plug it back in.
3. Is it turned on? Press the power button. Do any lights change (go on or off, change color, flash, etc.)?
4. Send a print job to the printer. Does the printer show any signs of realizing it's been asked to print something (an indicator light or something moving inside)?
5. Open the print queue. Delete all the jobs that are in there. Shut down the printer. Restart the computer. Turn the printer back on. Try printing.
6. Are you getting error messages?
7. What happened before it stopped working? Did you install new software? Move anything?

You not have to have a disk, but you have to have a driver for it to work.
I have put the software driver for you on my website you can download it from there all you go to do is click on the link I put for you, it may take time to download for you depending on the speed of your internet all the best.

1- Go to Start, All Programs, Accessories, and then RIGHT CLICK "Command Prompt" and select "Run as administrator". The terminal black screen will be opened.

2- Type NET STOP SPOOLER and press they Enter key (you should get a message confirming the spooler is stoped now)

3- Now in the same black terminal screen type NET START SPOOLER and press the ENTER key (you should get a message confirming the spooler is started now)

4- Restart the PC

Hello. First of all I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year! I recently bought a HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3515 printer. The printer works fine (prints, scans and copies). There is only one problem with it. It returns me an error when I'm shutting it off. This happens very often but not always, it is kinda annoying. The error is displayed as: ERROR CODE 0X02B7C2ED SM_MODULE C (the error is also shown on the image). I tried to Google the problem but without effects. I don't know what could be the problem. Can someone help me please, because I have no idea what could be the issue. Thanks for any replays.

If you are using a Windows PC, search for devices and printers. Once you find the printer, right click on it, go into printing preferences and you should find a tab in there that will all you to disable color. If you want to be able to print in both and black will not print, make sure your black ink cartridge is not empty or that it is properly installed.
