You could try plugging it into a different wall outlet without a surge protector to confirm power source problems. The imaging drums should all be included in the toner cartridges. They should have been ruled out when you swapped them before, its also unlikely all 4 drums would go bad at the same time. Also, are you using refills or OEM cartridges? It shouldn't matter but refills/refurbs can have some strange defects. If you have a spare teh same model of printer lying around you could swap the cartridges out from a working machine and see if the problem travels with the cartridges or not. Regards, Mike

Most common cause of the error on this printer is the memory on the CPB (copy processing board) is bad. This board is picky about memory and typically only works with the actual HP memory designed for it. The easiest fix is to use the memory that is currently installed on the formatter, which is identical, and purchase 3rd party memory for the formatter, which will support any compatible memory.

If you are printing a document with a lot of color on it then likely the page is sticking to the fuser. Print a supplies status page and check the fuser life. If it is around 70 percent, get on the phone and scream at HP until they replace your fuser. They have had issues with the fusers on these printers and some serial numbers of fuser they will replace.

The copy processing board has an issue. This board is located on the back of the scanner. Check all the cabling if it is good then the board has likely failed.

That is a Paper Eject Jam. The paper stopped at either the loop sensor (E), the fuser-output sensor (F) or the switchback sensor (G). E & F are just prior to the paper going into the duplexer. G is a sensor in the duplexer assembly. If the sensors check out ok in diagnostics, then I would suspect worn feed rollers causing a paper late condition.
