You may need to clear your browser cache or reset to default settings on browser. Your settings could be corrupted.

Check the printer cable..check the ink o your printer..

go to hp website, just type www.hp.com and click on support and drivers downloads

Select your preferred language and operating system.
A list of software and driver will appear under.
You can now download the software you needed for your printer.

Well this is a problem with the cartridge and also the software.

Cartridge:
1. Try to clean manually and see if you are getting all the colors (C,M,Y)
2. Install back in the printer and try to clean from software

SYSTEM
1. Goto printer properties
2. Choose the color setting tab
3. check and see if you can find the color profile as RGB
4. Change it to CMYK profile

Restart the PC and try to print again.

You can download everything you need for your printer here. Choose the corrct operating system download and install your software and drivers. Make sure that you will only plug the printer when prompted during installation to avoid conflict problems.

Please make sure you get the ink from an authorised HP vendor. Thanks this would do.

that means either the black or tricolor cartridge ran out of ink and it's currently utilizing only one cartridge.let say you ran out of blank ink but tricolor cartridge is still good you can still print or make a copy using only one cartridge but the quality won't be that good

After you do this, there will some other sections displayed on the screen, one will be Driver. Click this link and a link to the download will be shown for you.
