Getting error code oxc19a0023 on my printer cannot do anything with it...tried uninstalling and reloading but nothing changed..please help!

We have replaced all ink cartridges, have turned the printer on and off but it continues to tell us there is an ink System Failure and to turn it off and on. Nothing happens
TRY THIS
Press and Hold the "Print Photos" & "Red Eye Removal" buttons. Release both buttons. Display should say "Enter Special Key Combo"
Press and release in sequence "Red Eye Removal", "Print Photos", "Red Eye Removal"
Press and release the right arrow button until the display says "System Configuration Menu". (on C8100 use Touch Screen)
Press and release the "OK" button.
Display should say "Support". Use the Right arrow Key to look for "Reset Menu".
Press and release the "OK" button.
Press the right arrow key to look for "Partial Reset", press 'OK'
The printer will go off and will power on by itself, else wait for 20 seconds and power on the printer to complete reset

Unit is less than 2 months old, error message alternates between "clear paper jam" and "carriage jam". There is no paper jam and never was one. As for the carriage, it is stuck and will not center aligned when door is open. What is up with this and how can I fix it? I have already tried unplug, replug and reinstall printer. Please help.
Often a carriage jam is caused by a paper jam. If you're getting a carriage jam message and a paper jam message, this video should help.

I have an ink system failure Oxc19a0036 on my C6380. I have restarted several times without success. Is this similar to the Oxc19a0023 error, or is this something different?

I am getting ink system failure - 0xc19a0023
This problem is impossible to troubleshoot by just typing in this little box. HP support has documentation on this problem for your model:

how do i check the ink levels
To check the ink levels from the control panel 1. Press Setup. 2. Press the down arrow button to highlight Tools, and then press OK. 3. Press the down arrow button to highlight Display Ink Gauge, and then press OK. The product displays a gauge that shows the estimated ink levels of all cartridges installed. 4. Press any button to return to the Tools menu. To check the ink levels from the HP Photosmart Software 1. In the HP Solution Center, click Settings, point to Print Settings, and then click Printer Toolbox. NOTE: You can also open the Printer Toolbox from the Print Properties dialog box. In the Print Properties dialog box, click the Features tab, and then click the Printer Services button. The Printer Toolbox appears. 2. Click the Estimated Ink Level tab. The estimated ink levels for the ink cartridges appear.

The error that you are having is a hardware issue, it means your printer has an Ink System Failure. Believe me, there's no use going through troubleshooting for this one. Call HP and just Upgrade your printer. HP Printer Tech Support would be more than happy in giving you discounts and an extra year of warranty for $1.00.
