Tuv 4x beepcodes
More than likely a hardware module went bad on your machine. The easiest way to figure is remove the memory modules one by one each time boot machine up with devices removing them one at a time if it stops beeping and loads that is the device that you will need to replace. John
When I put memory in, it beeps at me & nothing comes up on the monitor
Is this a new memory module you are installing (are you REPLACING or ADDING memory)? How many memory slots does this computer have? Make sure that the module is seated firmly by gently tugging at it after the locking mechanism is in place to make sure it doesn't fall off. Sometimes the lock engages even though the module is not correctly seated. You may want to try the module on a different port and if it still beeps, the module may be faulty (if there are any other working and compatible computers to try it on, it will help isolate if it's the memory module or the motherboard's memory ports at fault). If you have any other spare memory modules, you can try those as well. Whichever component (either motherboard or memory) the problem is isolated to will have to be replaced.

Being eMachines it is probably on board VGA. You can check by looking to see if the VGA lead to the monitor plugs into a VGA card or the motherboard.
Unfortunately it may be caused by static discharge when the RAM was replaced if you didn't observe anti static precautions.
Hope its a VGA board fault but if you install a VGA card and turn off the on board VGA that will work.
Hope that helps.
When I attempt to log on to my computer, I get
Hi,
My Name is ArmyMason, I am here to help you. Are you seeing any flash of Blue Screen before it reboots? If not it sounds like you have a boot virus. If you can't boot to Safe Mode best the way to fix this is to pull out the hard drive and put it into another computer that has up to date Antivirus. On the hard drive are pins with a little plastic piece attached to them above that should be a diagram SL = Slave, MS = Master, CS = Cable Select. Depending on the Setting the persons harddrive that is in the computer you are about to put that Hard Drive into depends on the setting you need for your Hard Drive. So remember or right down the setting of your hard drive. If there hard drive is set to Master set your hard drive to slave. If there hard drive is set to Cable Select set yours to Calbe select. With the computer off and unplugged, locate the cable that the hard drive is connected to and take your hard drive and connect it to the second connector which is in the middle of the cable. This is where all slave hard drives go. Note: Dont worry you wont infect the host computer with a virus, because its not an active partition. <--- techy info... Now boot the computer and once the Hard Drive is detected run the Antivirus program on that drive.
There are other solutions, but this is one way you can remove the virus without having to format your computer and start over. If its a Blue Screen please make a post with blue screen issues so that we can figure out exactly what the error is.
W3502 emachine SM Bus Controller driver
Looks promising. It's an INF fie which are driver files. Download, extract, and direct Device Manager where to install driver from. The worst that can happen is it won't install, or you have uninstall / delete. Better than those fake drivers you mentioned.

1) you must sure the Internet is working o.k 2) see if the modem LEDS are working good3) if you have Router see if the router is working with the LEDS, and see you have another computer connect and see if working.4) if additional computer is working the problem will be your computer PC.5) try to restore to some point when was working before.6) see if this work, otherwise you must download the driver for NIC NETWORk , BIOS+CHIPSET go to the supplier web and download.God bless you
