Note this is for Windows XP

This could be caused by the processor or fan,But very unlikely to be the mother board.

This could be a few things though if you have already checked the memory and HD. The next thing I would tell you is that you should check the cpu. Also make sure that everything in the BIOS is set to the default settings when you start it.

You power ratings are ok on the main power supply. But you should check the volts on the internal and see what is happening.

A number of things here should be checked.
First shut down and remove all cards, and power connections to all the drives such as cdroms, hard drives.
The power supply should also be looked at and tested for correct voltages on each wire. This can be done with a voltage meter.
Turn on the power and see if you can get the machine to start to the bios screen. (this will work if you have a video processor on board, if you have a video card, you will need it to use the monitor).
If that will not work, then you have more problems than you thought at the beginning.
If the mother board will not work at this point, then you have problems with either the mother board or the cpu processor. There is a possibility that there are problems with the memory modules.
So, if you have only one memory module, then I would remove the memory, carefully clean the contacts, (a clean pencil eraser can work, if you are careful, and do not press very hard) and then plug the memory back in and try again. Also if you have extra modules of the same type, try one for testing.
If you are still having the same problems, then the mother board or the cpu is the problem. At this point you should consider if you want to continue and repair or buy another mother board of the same size. If you buy another kind of mother board, remember you will have to re-install your operating system over the original one to get the complete setup and the bios to work correctly with it. Many times this can be done, but you risk losing data (you will lose all data in MY DOCUMENTS), and may have to completely re-install the OS. You may want to install the drive in another computer as a slave and back up any data you want to save before you proceed.
If you decide to continue with your original mother board, and still have problems, then the cpu or the mother board is suspect. To test the cpu, either test your board with another cpu which is compatible, or check the mother board with another mother board of the same exact model.

It sounds like the on board video has failed. I would try installing a video card on the motherboard. Then in the bios at start up, disable the on board video, so it will use the video card instead.

in my opinion e-machines are the bottom of the barrel and if they were giving them away I would have to pass, because they use the absolute lowest cost per unit parts = lowest quality parts in most cases... that is my opinion and not fact, sell it to someone and always buy the best quality you afford it almost always gives you more enjoyment for a longer period of time. if you have the disc that come with your computer get the drivers from there.

Guessing, but it sounds like your hard drive has been damaged. You may need a new drive, or at least repairs. If you have a "rescue disk", give that a try.

Please specify how exactly you're trying to make them work, what machine you're trying to make them work with, and what kind of connection your speakers are using. General info: Speakers usually get connected via 3,5 mm plug into the green round socket in the back or front of your computer. In Windows, if your speakers are properly connected and set up, right click on the sound pictogram in your taskbar and choose "Playback devices". Set your speakers to be the default playback device by left-clicking on the preferred device of your choise and clicking the button "Set default" below.

In general, you have to order recovery disks from the manufacturer of the machine. In your case eMachines Store eRecovery is where you can order it, or you can initiate a discussion with tech support. Also, many machines give you the option to burn your own recovery media when you first set it up. Most people skip this step. You should do this before you have problems. Check your monitor cable connections. If not solved, try a different monitor.

Flashing the bios is a last-ditch move. What happened before that? Did it work before you flashed it? If the unit is interrupted during clash, or if it is the wrong bios, your goose could be cooked. You maybe can use flash drive in the usb port, but that's a long shot. Good luck with that. I'd be looking at a new motherboard. They can be had pretty cheaply.

I understand that you want to reinstall the Operating System on the computer. Select models have the ability to have the operating system reinstalled from a hidden drive built into the computer. To start the system recovery:

1. Restart the computer
2. When the eMachines logo appears on the screen, press the Alt and F10 keys repeatedly.
3. When prompted with a boot screen, hit the Enter key.
4. After the system recovery program has loaded, follow the prompts to reinstall the operating system.

If the ability to reinstall from the previous method is not available or fails during the recovery, recovery of the operating system will need to be from Recovery Media.

1. Insert the disk labeled System CD into the computer's disk drive and restart the computer.
2. When the eMachines logo appears on the screen, press the F12 key repeatedly.
3. Select either CDROM or DVD as the boot device, this may vary depending on the system.
4. When prompted for the Recovery CD, remove the System CD and insert the Recovery CD.
Note: If there are multiple Recovery CDs, please insert the first Recovery CD.
5. After the system recovery program has loaded follow the prompts to reinstall the operating system.

According to the port you have(pcle x16 or pcle x16 2.0), buy a new graphic card , open up the cpu cover and replace it with the old one.
