Laptop wont power up
when you know for sure the adapter is charging ..and the battery is good..but no power seam to be present ..than the motherboard is gone .... or some contact is issued somewhere on the primary entry of the power..cause if any power would go through the motherboard..than at least the power led would be on ..or the fan should be heard .If there isn't any ..than it is something wrong with the motherboard or with some fuses on the main power source way ..but its a long guess...more than probably it is the motherboard..to blame ..

Toshiba laptop satellite L300 Booting Problem
try the recovery wizard, also try pulling the hard drive, and ram,and bios battery if you can get to it,looks like watch battery on motherboard.or green plastic pack with two wire plug on main board, take the panels off on the bottom,if your lucky you will see it,otherwise have to dissamble to get to it.if you find it unplug for a couple hours, with main battery out and ac unplugged, should reset the bios to factory default ,might help ,do you have xp or vista?if your bios battery is the watch battery style be very carefull removeing it the holder will break off the motherboard easily,,if none of that works post a reply and ill give you some more options

Wifi switch damaged and i need to turn wireless on
You would either need to replace the portion of the case where the wifi switch is located (can't buy just the switch) check on ebay for cheap replacements. You could if you want remove the wifi switch and hot wire the contacts together (permanent wifi on)

My toshba l300 will not boot up it keeps
Your Windows installation has become currupted. You can repair it with the aid of your Microsoft Windows CD.Do the following:Insert the Microsoft CD disk into your computer.( You may need to enter the BIOS and set your CD/DVD drive as the first boot device.)Press any key when prompted to do so.Windows will load for a little while and then you will need to press the Enter key to install Windows. Now press F8 to accept the terms. Then press R to repair your current selected Windows Installation. This will repair your installation and keep all your settings and files.Once this is completed it should be back to new.A technician would be able to complete this repair if you would like, claim warranty support if available.Take care!damnor01
