Charging problem
I think the charging port is bad and this could be as a result of factory error since the fault is not from you. The phone restarts probably because the charging ports is bridging.
I will advice that you purchase a desktop charger that will enable you charge the battery seperately and when the battery gets full, you insert it into the phone. You could get another battery so that while you charge one, you use the other.
Or if you can look for a repairer, that will help you fix the fault of your phone.
Best wishes

My razr2 got wet and dose not work now
Take the battery out of the phone, leave the battery cover off. Get a medium sized bowl and fill it with uncooked rice. Take your phone and bury it in the rice and leave it their for a day or two. The uncooked rice will absorb the moisture from the phone. This has worked for me in the past.

Bought new lcd &
I have repaired and rebuilt several of the razrs.....yours is a doomed ship I'm afraid. Once that thin flat connection cable is cut, or damaged, it is game over. Now, that being said, after I messed up my first one, I went to Ebay and bought a broken one for 20 bucks and was more careful and found a good website with a service guide to direct me in my endeavors. Don't give up on it....it is only parts. Just make sure you have a few extra and don't be afraid to screw it up. Go to YouTube and do a search on rebuilding the motorola Razr phone, there are quite a few good ones out there....that's where I learned to do it, now I rebuild I-Phones, Voyagers etc. Good luck to ya. Here is a sample video......

How can i stop my razor from truning off by itself?
Try to check the battery first. check and see if the battery depletes fast, if not try inserting a different battery on your phone to check if battery is the problem. If the same problem hapenning on the phone.. try to do a master reset on it. master reset will erase some of u\your save info on the phone. And if problem still persist you might want to have your phone checked and have it repaired if necessary.
