The CD key should be located on the manual or the game box that came with it. If you BOUGHT a digital copy it should be sent in an e-mail to the associated account.

However, if you downloaded this game illegally, you cannot receive help from us. It is illegal to use other CD-keys without buying the game and illegal to share them. Unfortunately, the most likely reason is that your macbook air lacks the graphics processing power to handle the cinematics especially if you have the 1st generation mac air. Unlike the macbook pros, macbook airs do not have a dedicated discrete graphics processing unit (GPU) and instead use integrated graphics built onto the motherboard of your computer (not very powerful but good enough for everyday things except gaming).
