normally pressing and holding start or stop will reset .removing drain hose from wall and holding at ground level will empty all washing machines.so have it in a bucket.either its not level so adjust feet so it cant rock about then dont overload it turn drum as u load that will help balance.

If you take the 3 screws off the back of the top metal panel and slide it back the door lock has a release cord you can pull to get your clothes out. You will need to replace the door lock if the problem continues. If you need help finding the right part number let me know.

you sure it is not and upside down 'F' instead of an L? that would be a hall sensor(motor position sensor) error. easy fix. check out appliancepartspros.com or repairclinic.com for both parts and videos that show how to repair. very easy with common tools. about 20-30 minutes. basically take back cover off, remove motor cover, remove stator, replace part.

Hi if you remove the pump again get a plug and wires example from a table lamp and attach 2 wires to the pump dont worry about polarity it will run both ways plug into the wall see if the pump runs out of the machine ( does this model have 2 pumps one could be the recirculation pump)

you just have to pull it out and take back panel off start filling with water and watch and see where it coming from a few rubber hoses under there or water pump.

Check your owners manual, some models warranty the rear tub that houses the bearing and the inner spin basket. If not the rear outer tub and the gasket between both tubs will have to be replaced the correct the problem. If out of warranty it may not be cost effective to repair.
