You can go to www.google.com/restore account and when asked put down you can't remember your account, and they will ask you some verification questions. After you've verified your information they will give you your account information. Even if you don't know your email or password, they can find your account. You can definitely unlock and this phone. Sign up for a free account with HTC and UNLOCK the BOOTLOADER first then you can root it and then unlock the SIM card Slot also Look on XDA Developers site for full instructions.
