This happened when I pressed the power button during the POKéMON LEAGUE
CREDITS, a bit after it had saved my data. So far there is no solution. I've
checked about 6 websites so far and they all say "sell it",
"it's faulty", "just wait". I'm pretty sure this only
happens for Pokémon White because I don't even mention Pokémon White and it
keeps showing up when I look up this problem on Google. Unfortunately, this
just happened to me around 20 minutes ago and the day after I had purchased
this newest one. Lucky for me though, I had made word documents to help me read
enlarged codes while I entered them, so I could recover a good amount if I wanted.
It seems like every time I turned off my DSi so I could enable a different
code, it would say there was some problem and I had to turn off my DSi and
re-open the action replay again. If you own a Windows Vista, like me, then you
would be screwed when it comes to restoring each code one by one. I recommend
plugging it in to your computer and try to do whatever you can do on that manager
software to find the code list.
First, you have to go on the internet and buy the Flash card, not the R4i card. When you get it, go on to your DS from you compute, and delete the v1.4 update and restore the settings.
you can always go online with the disc and erase and reload everything its a hassle but it might reload and not have any problems but atleast go update your system online
Hi Oje,It's possible that somebody has updated the DSi console
to the latest
1.4.3 firmware. Unfortunately the console update is irreversible. A lot of flash cards, especially fake ones (The R4i King
sounds like a fake card since the official one doesn't have the word
'King' on the box), no longer
work on the 1.4.3 firmware. Always make sure the card does work before
any console upgrade or this can happen. :-(If you're 100% sure
you have a genuine R4i card (it will show r4i-sdhc.com, with the hyphen
[r4isdhc.com is fake] on the box or the card if it's genuine), then try
the YouTube video attached to this post. Hopefully that will fix the
issue, remember you need an older DSi (pre-1.4.3) or DS Lite to apply
the update.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wVrV8pzXf1M
You'd probably have to buy a new DS card to back up your games on - if you're US based I'd recommend DSCardWorld.com but if you're Europe based then NDS-Gear.com is the way to go. Both of these places only sell genuine cards and are authorised resellers fo popular models like the Acekard 2i, Supercard DSTWO and Cyclo DS iEvolution.

Welcome to Fixya. If you want to use your action replay to work with pokemon black you need to update the firmware of your action replay to 1.71. Click on the link below to download the 1.71 Firmware update and how to update your action replay from 1.60 to 1.71.
Pokemon Black requires Action Replay Version 1.71 to work
Oh, yes, that problem. I hate that problem.
There is no way to get around it.
You must get a new one, sorry to say.
But here is what normally causes it:
You attempted to install codes onto your AR before the Driver Software finished installing.
or
You damaged your AR in some way.
or, finally,
Your AR was mishandled in the store/pawn shop/wherever you got it at.
It is usually the second or third one.
Just be more cautious if you plan on getting another, which I did, and mine is working fine.
I figured it out. I went to the list of all the games it had. Pokemon Pearl wasn't there, but Pokemon Diamond was. I clicked on Diamond and I got to cheat on Pearl!
