take the blade out and try, make sure the red knob for reset isn't popped out on the back of the motor, if it has one and it is out push it back in, and try, switch maybe bad or motor.

check to make sure the tension isn't too tight, loosen and see if starts moving, if not then the motor is bad

I looked all over for it, and nobody seems to have it. I did have some 1/4" aluminum plate, and made one in about an hour. To drill the ~5/8 hole with a ~9/16 dia step I used a step drill - worked perfectly (enough). Drill until the 3/4 step JUST starts to cut - this leaves a small rim, just like the plastic piece- actually the saw seems to run smoother now too! I used my vice to press the bearings in.

Most moisture meters measure the moisture content of wood or concrete is measured in percentages. So if the reading says 15 that means that there is a content of 15% moisture in the concrete.

Pressing the - (minus) button on the back toggles temperature units. Pressing + (plus) toggles barometric pressure units.
